Third Thursday Update - [June] - Final Rulebook Proofing!

Hi everyone!
We wanted to share one of our late drafts of the rulebook with you all in hopes that you'll look it over and if able, provide feedback! We're still making some edits sent to us by the editors but thought it was best to show where the rulebook currently is.
We want to make sure this rulebook is easy to read, engaging, and compliments the game's artwork. Take a look below!
Over the next couple of weeks, files will be sent to the printer and we'll be back next Third Thursday with information on that! The components are set to print, it's just the rulebook and translations that are the last step.
Overall everything is progressing, and we'll share more when we have it.

Third Thursday Update [May] - Rulebook Creation

Hi everyone!
A small update for today but we are still working on the rulebook for War Machine. Because this title is in the Manhattan Project series but has totally new artwork, the graphics have to be built from the ground up. We thought this might be a unique opportunity to show our backers some of the process of creating a rulebook from scratch.
CONCEPT:
Starting with a concept for the rulebook, we wanted it to match the beautiful artwork that Heiko did so before the campaign I created a small draft of one to give to our reviewers. I used as many assets of the game as I could as well as TTS Builds to convey the game layout and such. (This also helps our videographers and animators as well!)
PRE-PRESS:
We then create a rough draft of what we want the rulebook to look like before we hand over the instructions to our graphics designer. It includes rough screenshots and scribbles to indicate what we want to change and given the feedback from our rulebook editors and even the backers of our campaigns, we adjust to make sure everything is clear to understand.
FINAL PROOFING:
Once all the changes, suggestions, and feedback are taken into consideration, our designer will begin their final draft before submitting it to us for review. At this point what we're looking for is any rulebook mistakes or misspellings. If it all looks good and we approve, then it gets sent to the printer and off we go!
We anticipate being finished with final proofing before next month's Third Thursday update, and we'll be sure to post the final version on this campaign page and on BGG in the coming weeks, so be on the lookout for it!

Hi everyone,
We are currently in the process of finalizing our rulebook so we can hit the green light on printing! This is taking us a little longer as we had to rebuild it from scratch, but we can't wait to show you all what it looks like as it takes inspiration from the game's art itself!

Third Thursday Update [March] - Pledge Manager is Live!

Hi everyone!
Small update for this month as we work to finalize all files before sending them to print. A couple of things to note:
1.) The pledge manager is live so be sure to confirm your shipping address before it closes on April 7th!
2.) As of Tuesday, Cold War IS available in the pledge manager for the following regions: United States, EU, and Australia. If you are shipping to one of these regions you will be able to purchase the Cold War expansion to Energy Empire until the pledge manager closes.

Thank you everyone for supporting Manhattan Project: War Machine! It was exciting to the jump in excitement the last few days and we finished above 1,000 backers! We know you are just as excited about this next step in the Manhattan Project's journey as we are.

Company Cards
We ran a poll for some of the company names in War Machine and the feedback we received was incredibly helpful. We are going to be looking at the names that won the poll as well as some of the suggested names as we move forward in preparing to bring War Machine to print.
A few backers expressed that a company name would be a lovely way for us to memorialize James Mathe and thank him for his work in creating Minion Games and the legacy that is The Manhattan Project.
With that feedback and idea, we created a few options for a company name. We aren't quite ready to bring this to a vote or anything like that, but we are excited to receive your enthusiastic feedback when we are!
Again, thank you for making this a great campaign. We're looking forward to all the behind-the-scenes work we have coming to get these games made and shipped out to you!
