Third Thursday Update [November] — Fulfillment Update and Final Photos

Hello backers,
We have a big update for you here today, so make sure you read through each section. There will be some important details regarding delivery. We will be going over Fulfillment Updates, Address Confirmations, even some more Photos!
Fulfillment Updates
As always, freight timelines can be quite volatile, so please bear in mind that these are only estimates.
Asia / Rest of World: Delivery is ready to begin. Addresses were confirmed through Backerkit and fulfillment details have been sent to our warehouse.
Current schedule: Expect packages to be mailed before the end of November.
Europe: Container is on the water with an estimated arrival at our warehouse of December 13th. Once the container has arrived, packages will start delivering shortly after, pending holiday traffic.
Current schedule: Expect packages to be mailed out by early January.
United Kingdom: Games are on the European container. Once it has arrived, stock will be sent to the UK warehouse. This puts UK delivery a few weeks behind EU.
Current schedule: Expect packages to be mailed by the end of January.
United States / Central & South America: The container is expected to hit the water in early December. This puts the arrival time in the U.S. in early January. We are currently in talks with our U.S. fulfillment partner to plan the deliveries and schedule this fulfillment in the queue so it can be dispatched as quickly as possible once it arrives.
Current schedule: Expect packages to be mailed out by the end of January.
Canada: Container is expected to hit the water in mid-December. This puts the arrival time in Canada in mid-January.
Current schedule: Expect packages to be mailed out by early February.
Australia / New Zealand: Container is expected to hit the water in mid-December. This puts the arrival time in Australia in mid-January.
Current schedule: Expect packages to be mailed by early February.
Address Confirmations
As containers approach and global delivery comes closer, we would like you all to confirm your addresses through our own system. Our new Address Confirmation system links directly with the warehouses, to make sure we can get correct addresses and not send additional packages. This allows us to keep things open for you to update your address a bit longer as any changes will feed directly to the system that generates your labels instead of sitting in our pledge manager software and needing to be downloaded, formatted, and uploaded again through the chain of people.
These will be sent out shortly to the email address from your pledge/Backerkit. Please look for an email from [email protected] (please check your spam folders too!)
The warehouse won’t send out your order until they’ve received this confirmation of the address.
Even with email reminders and holding open address confirmations until shortly before mailing out pledges, we have on average 3-5% of pledges returned due to a bad address. While that’s a single-digit number, it's still a lot of extra time and cost. Our hope is that this new integration directly between you and the warehouse will lower this significantly.
