Thanks to all backers for making War Machine happen!
Hello to all! This update is to let everyone know that we now consider the fulfilment of Manhattan Project: War Machine to be completed. There may still be a few games en route to backers, and some people may still not have received their 3 cards with the new company names, but the fulfilment hubs have completed their formal work. If you still are missing something by the end of this week, please submit a customer service ticket (www.grailgames.games/contact) and our logistics team will help you out.
This doesn't mean we are turning out the lights! We will still be checking comments and messages here, so if you have any questions or issues, please let us know :)
Some rules questions have been asked on BGG so keep checking the game's page there and our website into the future. We have posted one FAQ sheet and another is coming soon, listing all of the building tiles' effects.

Final fulfilment imminent
Dear War Machine backers, I know many of you have had to wait for the final push, and now we have movement on all fronts! Finally the games are on their way, as well as the 3 replacement cards!
Here is an overview of where things are at:
Canada: English copies are about to be posted out! Any day now! French copies have still not arrived. I am sorry, having jumped on this campaign late, this is something I missed/was not aware of - the French and English editions of the game were shipped to Canada separately. The French games should arrive in Canada soon.
Europe: The replacement cards are due to arrive on Monday, so I expect deliveries should commence next week. For backers who have not yet received the game, you will have everything sent at once at the same time. For backers who do have the game, you will just receive the 3 replacement cards.
USA: Replacement cards are due to arrive on Friday, so deliveries all of all sorts will begin next week. Our fulfilment partner is already preparing the deliveries.
Everywhere else: Replacement cards are due to arrive at all other hubs on Friday, so deliveries of these 3 cards should happen next week.
Notes:
We use different partners in different regions but you should receive email notifications. Some of you will recieve emails asking you to confirm your address first. Please do so :)
Please wait a couple of weeks before letting us know if you suspect your delivery is late or missing. The best way to do this is to enter a customer service ticket, here: https://www.grailgames.games/contact

Hello once again to all the War Machine backers in the world!
Thanks for your support and patience as we work to wrap up the fulfilment for this campaign!
Fulfilment update:
As reported in our last update, we noticed that the three company cards named by backers had not been included in the final printing of the game. Some copies were fulfiled to backers before we noticed this issue. All as-yet-unsent copies are awaiting the card reprint, which should be completed and sent to the fulfilment hubs shortly after the end of the Chinese New Year holiday for our factory (after this weekend).
For backers in Europe & the UK: Some EU/UK copies had been posted to backers before we realised the cards were incorrectly titled. Some other copies were given tracking numbers and were about to be sent but have been held back awaiting the cards. Those who will receive their games will get the fixed cards when they are printed, other backers will get it all in one delivery. This will happen as soon as the factory can send the amended cards to our delivery centres.
For backers in the US & Central/South America: The container with your games is is expected at port around the 17th of February. With travel to the warehouse, counting, and receiving the stock, we should see orders start to be mailed out in March, pending the arrival of the card reprint.
For backers in Canada: As with EU/UK, your games are ready to be posted to you - we are just waiting on the 3-card reprint.

By the way, I recorded a solo play-through of the game for fun last week. I forgot a couple of things and did not play optimally, so check out my comments for my mistakes :p The solo game is quite a challenge - as some of the interaction (and bonus actions) are missing from the multiplayer game, but it's a fun, quick struggle!

Hello again backers!
My name is David Harding, and after two years away from the gaming industry, I am back at the head of Grail Games. I formed the company in 2014 and I am so excited to be back for our tenth birthday year :) Grail wouldn't have been born without our fabulous Kickstarter backers and our supreme gratitude for your support continues to today - thanks so much for backing War Machine and I can't wait for you to have it in your hands!

The sad news...
Two days ago we realized an error with three of the Company cards in the game :( Do you remember a poll was run during the campaign, asking backers to rename some of the companies? Sadly we realised that these new names were not included in the final print files for the factory. One of these company names honored James Mathe and so we really must put this right. The factory has been asked to reprint these 3 cards for all backers ASAP. Normally we would have these in 2-3 weeks, but with Lunar New Year about to disrupt China's factories, they may not be at your door until late March/early April. We will get them to our fulfilment hubs as soon as we can!
Please see the section below to see where your games are currently at. For some (Asia, AU and some of EU) this will mean you will get these three cards separately to your games. For everyone else, they will be included in your pledges. For unsent EU & UK deliveries, this will mean holding your games for a bit (so we can send you one package instead of two).
Note that these three new cards don't affect gameplay at all - you will have multiple copies of these Company cards (some with the old names, some with the KS-approved names) - only play the game with one set!

US & Central/South America: Container is expected to hit the water around the end of January/Early February. From there, it will be processed by Miniature Market, our shipping partner.
Canada: The container is on the water. It is expected to arrive at the warehouse around the end of January, so expect fulfillment in February.
Australia: All packages sent as of 16/1/24!
Asia: Fulfillment complete!
If you have not yet confirmed your address via the address confirmation email that was sent to you, please do so. If you did not receive this email, please reach out below.

Note: We have received a few reports from some backers about getting an error message after submitting a ticket. We are looking into this and haven’t been able to consistently replicate it. The one time we did replicate it, the ticket was still successfully created. Please attempt to use this tool and inform us via message if you have any difficulties. Kickstarter messages are not monitored as actively as the ticketing software, so please use that if possible.

Third Thursday Update [December] — Shipping Begins

Let’s jump right in here!
Cards
We ran into a hiccup between last month’s update and this one, so we are a bit behind where we wanted to be. Late in the process, we realized that the Government Grant cards and the Contract cards were printed with the opposite card backs. The containers to Australia and France were already on the water, but this aesthetic mistake did not sit right with us, so we have re-printed the cards and re-packaged the games that were not on the water. If you’re in Europe or Australia / New Zealand - you will be getting the replacement cards in the shipment with your games. Please feel free to recycle the mistaken cards and replace them with these new cards.
Shipping Update
Europe: The container is arriving at the warehouse in the next few days. The replacement cards are air shipping in separately. Due to the holidays, we expect packages to start moving in early January.
UK: The games need to be sent to the UK once received in France. This will add a few weeks to the above timeline.
US & Central/SouthAmerica: The container is expected to be on the water closer to the end of January. This will put us at an early March fulfillment timeline. We should not have issues with Chinese New Year.
Canada: The pallets are being picked up over the next few days and should be loaded onto a container for shipment in mid-January. This will put us at a late February fulfillment timeline. We should not have issues with Chinese New Year.
Australia/NewZealand: The container is arriving at the warehouse in the next few days. The replacement cards are air shipping in separately. Due to the holidays, we expect packages to start moving in early January.
Asia / Rest of World: Packages should be sent out over the next few weeks
Address Verification
As containers approach and global delivery comes closer, we would like you all to now confirm your addresses. Our new Address Confirmation system links directly with the warehouse, to make sure we can get correct addresses and not send additional packages. This allows us to keep things open for you to update your address a bit longer as any changes will feed directly to the system that generates your labels instead of sitting in our pledge manager software and needing to be downloaded, formatted, and uploaded again through the chain of people.
These are being sent out starting today to the email address on your BackerKit page. Please look for an email from [email protected] (please check your spam folders too!)
The warehouse won’t send out your order until they’ve received this confirmation of the address.
Even with email reminders and holding open address confirmations until shortly before mailing out pledges, we have on average 3-5% of pledges returned due to a bad address. While that’s a single-digit number, it's still a lot of extra time and cost. Our hope is that this new integration directly between you and the warehouse will lower this significantly.
